Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Sweden and the European Union.
For international orders outside the EU, a flat shipping fee will be added at checkout. All parcels are shipped with tracking for secure delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, or external conditions.

 

Duties & Import Taxes

All prices include Swedish VAT for customers within the EU.

For customers outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

We do not take responsibility for any delays or fees caused by customs clearance in your country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange a ring for a different size, we are happy to help:

  • Within the EU: Free resizing and return shipping

  • Outside the EU: Resizing is free, return shipping is SEK 150
